ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • If it’s not included in the package but you are willing to have, there is an option for professional hair and/or makeup for extra fee.
  • The studio rental is not included in the package, you need to pay that in all cases.
  • Weekends (Saturday-Sunday): We can fix an appointment for the weekend too, but I have to charge you with 25% extra fee.

FURTHER INFORMATION

The ideal period for maternity photo shoots is from 27th till 33rd week. In case you can only make it from 33-36th week, I will try to do my best to make it happen as well. (You can use the 35% of the deposit after the 33rd week in case of cancellation.)

  • Booking
    1. First we will set an appointment and discuss the most important details.
    2. Then you have to send me the deposit (depending on the package you choose we will discuss the exact fee). It’s a guarantee that I can count on you to appear at the shooting and we are not wasting each other’s time, neither someone else’s (hair and makeup artists, studio landlords, etc.). I hope it’s understandable. Naturally, the deposit counts in the total fee.
    3. Your booking is valid if the first two steps are done.
  • Cancellation
    • You may cancel your photoshooting minimum 7 days before the discussed date.
    • In case of emergency health issues (e.g. doctors kept you in the hospital because of any risk) or you are giving birth earlier than expected and we are within 7 days, you may use the 50% of your deposit at another photoshoot provided by me. But please let me know in all cases as soon as possible if you cannot make it to the photoshoot. Thank you.
  • Things I kindly ask you to prepare with
    • Please send me some inspiring photos you like and you would want to have similar on your photos minimum one week before our photoshooting date.
    • If you have special needs and wishes please let me know as soon as possible (more than one week before) because I like to be very well prepared and also to get the tools you may like to use at the photo shooting.
    • A white T-shirt, top, shirt, which suits you (and your partner) well
    • Blue jeans
    • A black T-shirt, top, shirt which suits you (and your partner) well
    • Tiny shoes, ultrasound picture, anything you would be happy to see on the photos
    • White and skin-color / beige underwear and bra (strapless)
    • Accessories: necklace, bracelet, etc. (only if you want it)
    • Shoes, high heels or platform (it may correct the figure)
  • After the photoshoot

    To the pre-selected, retouched photos I’m going to send you the password-protected link within 3 weeks. From those photos, you can select which ones you would like to get as part of the package. The photos cannot be seen by anyone else than you, you cannot download them and as soon as you are done with the selection I will remove them from the internet. Then you are going to receive the selected photos from me digitally.

    To keep the quality of my photos, I do not provide the raw photos to anyone under any circumstances.
